Privacy notice

This is a draft, plain-language summary. It is not a final legal policy and will be replaced by a reviewed notice compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 before booking launches.

What we collect

• Waitlist: name, email, optional mobile number, zone of interest, your consent, and campaign source if you arrived from a link.
• Accounts: profile details and saved addresses you choose to add.
• Therapist applications: identity, licence and clearance documents, stored privately.

How we use it

Only to contact you about NIRAI's launch, run your account, and vet therapists. We don't sell personal data.

Who can see it

Only authorised NIRAI staff. Therapist documents are kept in private storage and viewed through short-lived links. We store a one-way hash of your network address to prevent spam, not the address itself.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or remove your data at any time. Official contact details for privacy requests will be published with the final notice.
